2.因为是周六的寄的件,以为周日就能到。结果没有,打电话过去,快递还没发出去,说自己周末不去公司,要等到周一才发,周末只揽件。周末不发,还揽什么件,这不是坑人吗!不早点说!以后碰到百世,坚决不用,躲得远远的,太不规范了。
其实像我这个人,平时对快递员,外卖员都挺客气的,因为我也知道人家也不容易。所以一般外卖晚了,只要不过分,基本该给好评还给。发快递,如果顺丰、申通之类的快递员跟我说暂时有困难,不能及时发出去,我肯定可以理解,因为我知道他们确实把客户看的重,急客户所急,想客户所想,他们说有困难,那肯定真有困难,我也理解。唯独,百世的快递,跟我说延期发出,我是万万不能原谅的,因为他们真的平时就不把客户放在眼里,平时就延误。
我觉得这方面,菜鸟网络需要反思,别因为百世这个毒瘤,影响了大家对菜鸟,对支付宝,乃至对阿里巴巴的信任。

So if the delivery is late, as long as it is not too much, I should basically give them a good review. When sending express, if the couriers of SF Express, STO Express and the like tell me that they have temporary difficulties and cannot send it out in time, I can definitely understand it, because I know that they really value their customers, are anxious about their customers, and think about what their customers think. If they say there are difficulties, then they must really have difficulties, and I understand. However, I can never forgive Best Express for telling me that the delivery will be delayed, because they really don't take their customers seriously and they usually have delays.
