2007阿里是在香港上市,不是美国。
2007年11月6日,阿里巴巴旗下B2B业务就曾在香港上市,当年阿里以13.5港元的价格上市后,股价曾一度飙涨至41.8元,达发行价(13.5元)的三倍,赢得“香港新股王”的称号,但是紧接而来的金融危机使股价一路下跌,再加上C2C、B2C业务的日渐成熟,B2B业务的位置开始逐渐靠后,五年后,2012年2月21日,阿里宣布以每股13.5元私有化,并于2012年6月20日,撤销在香港交易所上市。
2014年9月19日,阿里巴巴在纽交所上市,募集资金共250亿美元,成为当时全球规模最大的IPO。
Alibaba went public in Hong Kong in 2007, not the United States.
On November 6, 2007, Alibaba's B2B business was listed in Hong Kong. After Alibaba went public at a price of HK$13.5 that year, its stock price once soared to 41.8 yuan, three times the issue price (13.5 yuan), winning the title of "Hong Kong's new stock king". However, the financial crisis that followed caused the stock price to fall all the way. Coupled with the increasing maturity of C2C and B2C businesses, the position of B2B business began to gradually fall behind. Five years later, on February 21, 2012, Alibaba announced a privatization price of 13.5 yuan per share, and on June 20, 2012, it withdrew its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
On September 19, 2014, Alibaba went public on the New York Stock Exchange, raising a total of US$25 billion, becoming the world's largest IPO at the time.
