Graduates of 2020 from domestic and overseas institutions (graduation time: November 2019-October 2020)

2. Application process

Online application/internal referral→resume evaluation→online written test→quality assessment→interview→offer issuance

3. Key time nodes

Online application or internal referral: March 12 to April 23

Resume evaluation: 3

Online written test: optional, April 10 to April 12

Online quality assessment: optional, assessment is valid for 30 days, it is recommended to complete it as soon as possible after the resume is submitted (before the online application deadline)

Interview: March 12 to the end of May

Offer issuance: from mid-March

II. Social recruitment

Take the recruitment of Alibaba Rural Business Department-Senior Government Expert-(Southwest Region) as an example;

1. Bachelor degree or above. Good personal image and conversation. Have strong communication skills, internal and external coordination and team management capabilities.

2. Familiar with the provincial situation in the Southwest Region and have a strong social network in the local area.

3. 4. Prevent, handle, and resolve business risks in the county.

5. Familiar with the government's organizational structure and work procedures, and have strong government document writing and PPT writing skills.

6. Have strong political sensitivity, have government-related work experience or have worked in government affairs in an enterprise.

7. Have an international work or study background, and fluent English is preferred.
