Refund on mobile phone

Open the Alibaba app on your mobile phone, select the purchased items, and apply for a refund.

Select the style and quantity you need to refund. If you need to return the items, click Return and Refund. If you do not need to return the items, click Refund Only.

Select the refund quantity, fill in the refund reason, and click Submit!

After submitting the refund application, wait for the seller to confirm the refund application.

After the seller confirms the refund application, fill in the courier number of the return in the backend.

Wait for the seller to confirm receipt and the seller has completed the processing.
