体检被拒的原因一般只有比较重大的疾病,阿里的体检是由HR小管家跟进的,用人部门的HR只能查看结果,所以体检是否通过不由HR决定,而是系统来判定。如果系统判定不合格,HR小管家会再跟候选人联系复检或沟通在目前的身体状况下是否适合入职。
