P8基本就是一线的Team Leader或者二级域架构师的水平,年薪约230w。需要对一个领域的业务非常熟悉,并且在公司内部有一定的影响力甚至可以辐射到和其他团队的合作。P8需要向上提供有效信息,向下提供决策。普通的应届生按照P5入职阿里,在6年到10年期间可以达到P8的职级。最快的P8在4年作用。
P9一般为一级域架构负责人,二线团队负责人,年薪约290w。这个层级的决策直接影响到事业部的业务。算是事业部头部力量,集团的腰部力量。到了这个层级需要信息过滤,还要有专业的判断和决策能力。
P9已经不会在一线做产品设计和系统分析了,需要在公司的层面对部门和事业部的效率负责。
