Jack Ma's youth struggle story

In early 1999, he named the website a domain name "Alibaba" which is well known to represent wealth, and then he said to his team: "I want to go back to Hangzhou to start my own company, starting from scratch. Those who are willing to go back will only receive a salary of 500 yuan; those who are willing to stay in Beijing can be introduced to Yahoo and Sina, which have high incomes." He said he would give them three days to consider, but in less than five minutes, the partners unanimously decided: "Let's go back to Hangzhou, all the way!" In March 1999, Jack Ma founded Alibaba in his home in Hangzhou. He and his "Eighteen Arhats" worked day and night.
