The second reason is that the goods really weren’t shipped to you. You can contact the seller. If they really didn’t ship the goods and you don’t want them anymore, you can get a refund. Of course, you don’t need to contact them. You can get a refund regardless of whether the goods were shipped or not. The money will be returned to you.
