第一,高层重视,注重总结与提升。马云非常重视文化对大家的影响,从一开始就为团队注入了充满激情的活力。在创业团队的第一次沟通会上,就以“此时此刻,非我莫属”的气势提出了要做世界级企业,以此激发团队的积极性。创业不到半年即提出“可信、亲切、简单”的文化要求。
2001年,阿里巴巴用工具将文化系统化,以书面形式确定了愿景、使命和价值观,形成了“六脉神剑”和“独孤九剑”的价值观体系。
2008年又进一步将“独孤九剑”升华为“九阳真经”。
第二,讲故事。为了重现昨日的激情岁月,以文字、图片、影音等形式客观展现公司的历史。经典的故事有“宏观”的背景、有鲜活的人物、有生动的情节、有深入的细节,能让人有旁观之感,如亲身经历、能借鉴效仿。
第三,事业成长路线。阿里巴巴新发展的业务,都必须重走“长征路”――在湖畔花园创业、在华星大厦成长,在新的地方发展。
第四,活动与纪念日。阿里开展丰富的多彩的活动来传递文化与价值观,如“百年系列”――新员工2周文化培训等。每年5月10日的危机教育,每年9月10日公司纪念日等,都是很好地传递公司文化的途径。
第五,价值观行为化。阿里巴巴的“六脉神剑”及“九阳真经”的每一“剑”每一“经”,都有三个不同层次的行为要求,并且与关键事件相结合。纳入绩效评价体系,占个人绩效评价50%的权重。

Fourth, activities and anniversaries. Alibaba carries out rich and colorful activities to convey culture and values, such as the "Centennial Series" - 2 weeks of cultural training for new employees. Crisis education on May 10th every year and the company anniversary on September 10th every year are all good ways to convey corporate culture.
Fifth, behavioralization of values. Each "sword" and each "scripture" of Alibaba's "Six Meridians Divine Sword" and "Nine Yang Manual" have three different levels of behavioral requirements, and are combined with key events. Incorporated into the performance evaluation system, it accounts for 50% of the weight of personal performance evaluation.
