2017“中央一号文件”第十四条提出要推进农村电商发展,其中包括1、促进新型农业经营主体、加工流通企业与电商企业全面对接融合,推动线上线下互动发展;
2、加快建立健全适应农产品电商发展的标准体系;
3、支持农产品电商平台和乡村电商服务站点建设;
4、推动商贸、供销、邮政、电商互联互通,加强从村到乡镇的物流体系建设,实施快递下乡工程;
5、深入实施电子商务进农村综合示范;
6、鼓励地方规范发展电商产业园,聚集品牌推广、物流集散、人才培养、技术支持、质量安全等功能服务;
7、全面实施信息进村入户工程,开展整省推进示范;
8、完善全国农产品流通骨干网络,加快构建公益性农产品市场体系,加强农产品产地预冷等冷链物流基础设施网络建设,完善鲜活农产品直供直销体系;
9、推进“互联网 ”现代农业行动。

9. Promote the "Internet +" modern agriculture action.
