1.店铺定位

定位就是:让品牌在顾客的心智中占据最有利的位置,使品牌成为某个类别或者特性的代表品牌,当客户产生相关需求时,就首先想到这个品牌。

本质就是:站在消费者位置去到空白位置占有顾客的心智,想客户之所想,做客户之所做。

核心:定方向、定档次、定价格区间、定客户群体、定产品市场。

定方向:公司的主攻方向是卖自己的产品和品牌推广。

定档次:目前定位是中高档。

定价格区间:主要做中高端,价格比普通产品要贵一点。

定客户群体:电商客户(前期大小单都做,后期做有要求的客户)。

2.店铺类型

四种主流类型:现货批发、加工定制、代理分销、跨境专供。

第一个店铺定位加工定制,前期什么单都接,后期主要是做OEM/ODM订单(起订量3000个以上)。
