一、询盘分配规则包括:区域分配、按产品分配、客户第一原则
提醒:所有询盘分配及规则设置都是由主账号或业务经理来操作的(主账号分配整个公司的询盘,业务经理分配下属业务员的询盘)
按区域分配:
按区域分配好后,对应区域的买家发来的询盘给到对应区域的负责人。一个区域只能分给一个帐号。没有负责人的区域对应的买家发来的询盘给到公司联系人,此时和产品属于哪个账号是没有关系的。
按产品分配:
买家针对某一个产品发来的询盘,分配给该产品对应的负责人,若买家是针对公司发来的询盘,给到公司联系人。此时,不管客户来自哪个区域,只要这个产品是属于谁的,询盘就给谁。

Allocation by region:
After allocation by region, inquiries sent by buyers in the corresponding region are given to the person in charge of the corresponding region. One region can only be assigned to one account. Inquiries sent by buyers in regions without a person in charge are given to the company contact person, and it has nothing to do with which account the product belongs to at this time.
Allocation by product:
Inquiries sent by buyers for a certain product are assigned to the person in charge of the product. If the buyer sends an inquiry to the company, it is given to the company contact person. At this time, no matter which region the customer comes from, as long as the product belongs to whomever, the inquiry will be given to whoever.
