公积金缴存比例均不得低于职工工资的5%,初始建立住房公积金制度的县(市)可适当低于此比例。单位缴存比例最高可以提高到职工工资的15%,个人缴存比例可以提高到职工工资的10%;
1998年12月15日以后参加工作的职工,单位为其缴存的住房公积金比例最高可以达到职工工资的25%,个人缴存比例不得低于职工工资的10%,但不高于15%。
