Solution:

1. First, open and click to enter the Alibaba App on your mobile phone.

2. After entering the homepage, click and enter the My Options in the lower right corner. On the My page, click and enter the Settings tab in the upper right corner.

3. On the Settings page, click and enter the Account Switching option.

4. On the Multi-Account Management page, click and enter the Add option in the upper right corner.

5. After entering the account and password, click Login below to successfully operate.
