1. First, turn off the guarantee service. Open the "Buyer Guarantee" service and then click the "Turn Off Service" button.

2. After clicking, the system will automatically unfreeze the deposit under the condition that the deposit is unfrozen.

3. After unfreezing, transfer the available balance to the deposit. Click the Transfer Out button to return it.

First, open the computer browser and log in to the account to return the deposit.

In the list on the left, find the [Transaction] section.

Then, click [My Deposit] in the menu on the right.

Here, you can see the deposit paid in the details on the right, click [Transfer Out].
