Whether you can cancel your account after the commission is settled depends on the conditions for canceling the account.

Take Taobao account as an example, the following conditions must be met to cancel a Taobao account:

- There is no ongoing transaction, and the last order was completed more than 15 days ago;

- No second-hand goods have been published or edited within 90 days (including goods that have been removed from the shelves and deleted);

- No auction deposit;

- No record of operating a store on Taobao;

- No other records, including records of being reported;

- If you have opened Alibaba Group businesses other than Taobao, Alibaba Cloud, and Alibaba Chinese Site, you cannot cancel your account (those who have opened Alibaba Chinese Site businesses must meet the cancellation conditions of Alibaba Chinese Site);

- The account needs to be in normal use and there is no record of some restricted accounts.

If the conditions for canceling the account are met after the commission is settled, you can cancel your account according to the corresponding process. If the conditions are not met, the account cannot be cancelled.

In addition, some platforms may have additional regulations for account cancellation, such as not being able to register again within a period of time after cancellation.
