Alibaba's dividends are not many, and there have only been two relatively large dividends.

The first time was after the announcement of the first half of 2009 results, in order to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Alibaba Group, a one-time special dividend of about HK$1.01 billion was distributed.

The second time was in 2010 when Alibaba held a special shareholders' meeting and announced that it would distribute a one-time cash dividend of about HK$1.1 billion to shareholders. At the same time, a new equity incentive plan was announced, with 156 million shares to be used to motivate existing employees and attract external talents.
