◆◆华为技术面试注意事项
面试官一般从项目中达到系统分析师级别的技术人员中随机抽取,面试人员人数由候选人多少决定。
1、笔试:笔试题大部分为比较基础的理论题,均是从华为题库里面随机抽取,题型大致分为判断、选择、问答题等(时间大约90分钟)。
2、面谈:注重面谈过程中后选人的沟通能力及项目经验的描述。
3、筛选标准:笔试成绩占30%,面谈成绩占70%。
面试人员除了会考虑候选人的技术方面之外,也会考虑候选人的综合素质,如沟通能力、工作态度、积极主动性等各方面。
面试过程中,可以注意以下几点:
1、面试前,多熟悉自己的简历,比如之前做过的大型案例或印象比较深刻的项目等。
2、面试开始前,可主动和面试官进行简单的问候。
3、面试官提出问题后,如果没有比较大的把握,可以稍微思考几秒钟,理清思路后再做回答。
4、回答问题,要将自己知道的方面有条理的尽可能多的说出来,不要总是用很简短的语句回这样会给客户积极主动性欠佳的印象。
