Solution: Contact Alibaba’s customer service directly and change your personal password.

Reason 2 for freezing: Your account is frozen due to a complaint from others.

Solution: It is recommended that you contact the other party and negotiate with them. The other party will withdraw the complaint against you and apply for your account to be unfrozen.

Reason 3 for freezing: Your account may be frozen if it is detected to have posted false information or illegal information.

Solution: You can only appeal to Alibaba’s customer service.
