我们也退过几次，有些扣了有些没扣。比如说你的卖价是100，手续费5块，买家付100，你发货后只能收到95块。
如果你没发货，买家能退回100如果你发货，买家退回也是100，但你只收了95，就要另外在你的帐户里扣5块
