Last week, the Hundred Regiments Offensive kicked off in our school.

Through understanding, I know why it is called the "Hundred Regiments Offensive": It turns out that 105 regiments participated in this war, so it was called the "Hundred Regiments Offensive". So let's walk into this movie:

The commander-in-chief who led this war was Peng Dehuai. He led the Eighth Route Army to actively attack Japan. This was the first time that the Chinese army took the initiative to attack the little Japanese since the Anti-Japanese War. But at that time, the Japanese army was too strong, and they beat the powerful Eighth Route Army team miserably. However, the Eighth Route Army, led by Peng Dehuai, fought bloody battles and won the victory of this war. It also played a decisive role in the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.

Looking at this bloody battlefield and the martyrs who died, I couldn't help but shed tears. These tears are because of being moved; these tears are because of admiration; these tears are because of heartache... Looking at their feats, looking at their bravery, and thinking about their greatness, I am very excited!

The sentence I remember most clearly is: People are there, the flag is there. People are not there, the flag is there. This is such a simple and plain sentence, but it fully reflects the patriotic spirit of the soldiers, and it is also a fearless spirit!... Finally, the Japanese army was defeated, and they withdrew from the battlefield with their tails between their legs. This victory let Japan know: We Chinese will never surrender, as long as you dare to invade, we will accompany you to the end!

After watching "The Hundred Regiments Offensive", I admire the soldiers of the Eighth Route Army from the bottom of my heart. They sacrificed their precious lives for the motherland; they fought bravely for patriotism... They are the embodiment of justice, they are the embodiment of bravery!

Now I understand that our peaceful and beautiful life now is hard-won, and it is exchanged for the blood of countless revolutionary martyrs. But I don't know how to cherish it at all. Instead, I feel that my current life is not good. This is not satisfactory, and that is not satisfactory. Studying is meaningless. Thinking about the efforts of the soldiers and looking at my own actions, I made up my mind: study hard today and win glory for the country tomorrow!

I thought of the red scarf again. Yes, it is a corner of the red flag, dyed red with the blood of revolutionary martyrs. Today, I understand its true meaning: this is the red scarf that makes us proud, it is a corner of the red flag. On it, there is the blood of countless martyrs and hope for us. We must wear it and admire it! As young people in the new era, we must make our country stronger!
