You can file a complaint by following the steps below:

1. You can go to "My Alibaba" to find and enter the "Complaint Report" application, and click the "I want to complain" button under "I want to complain"-"Transaction Dispute Complaint";

2. Click the "Select the order to complain" button; if there is no order number, please click "Please click here to complain" and fill in the relevant complaint information according to the page prompts to submit;

3. Enter the transaction order page, click the "Complaint" button on the right side of the corresponding order, and submit the complaint content according to the page prompts.
