What is the model of Alibaba's partner structure? The details of Alibaba's city partner project are as follows:
1. Starting from late January 2016, the city partner project will put the "Alibaba" logo on the supplied goods. If there is a problem with the goods, Alibaba will pay first. In the future, the code scanning traceability will be introduced, and each product will be given an "identity card" through the QR code, so that consumers can buy with confidence;
2. It is expected that by March 2016, Alibaba will recruit 500 city partners, with the community as the center. On average, each city partner will cover 300,000 people, and the total service population will reach 150 million;
3. The city partner plan was first launched in the Yangtze River Delta region such as Zhejiang and Anhui. In the future, through city partners, citizens can easily buy traceable and cheap overseas shopping products in community convenience stores;
4. Requirements for partners: First, there is this intention, and they must maintain the status of entrepreneurs; the other is basic communication skills. City partners do not have a base salary. Their income follows the GMV (gross merchandise volume) of goods, which is derived from a 55% to 65% cost reduction. Perhaps 20% is passed on to consumers, 10% to small shops, 10% to partners, and 10% to middlemen. Alibaba gets 5%.
