JD.com is invested by Tencent, and Alibaba is its competitor
JD.com (stock code: JD) is a self-operated e-commerce company in China. Its founder, Liu Qiangdong, serves as the chairman and CEO of JD.com Group. It has JD.com Mall, JD Finance, Paipai.com, JD Intelligence, O2O and overseas business units.
In 2013, it officially obtained the virtual operator license.
In May 2014, it was officially listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the United States.
In July 2015, JD.com was selected into the Nasdaq 100 Index and the Nasdaq 100 Average Weighted Index for its high growth. In June 2016, it reached a deep strategic cooperation with Walmart, and No. 1 Store was merged into JD.com.
On January 4, 2017, China UnionPay announced that the payment company under JD Finance officially became a member institution of UnionPay.

On August 3, 2017, the 2017 "Top 100 Chinese Internet Companies" list was released, and JD.com ranked fourth. In July 2019, the 2019 Fortune Global 500 was released: ranked 139th.
JD.com is neither under Alibaba nor Tencent. JD.com is an independent company.
1. Alipay is a payment tool under Alibaba. In addition to the Alibaba system itself, it has cooperation with many websites, and many website platforms can use Alipay for payment.
2. JD.com is another shopping platform that competes with Taobao. JD.com has its own payment platform, which can be bound to a bank card or WeChat payment.
Alibaba and JD.com do not have a cooperative relationship now, so JD.com has no relationship with Alibaba.
In the equity structure disclosed by JD.com Group on February 29, 2020, among its external shareholders, Yellow River Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tencent, is the external shareholder with the largest shareholding ratio. In other words, Ma Huateng is the largest external shareholder of JD.com Group, and this is just the tip of the iceberg of Tencent's investment.
And Tencent's in-depth cooperation with JD.com this year is called the Jingteng Plan in the industry. JD.com, as the second largest e-commerce platform in China, has always been Alibaba's rival. As the saying goes, the enemy of a friend is a friend, so there is no doubt that JD.com is chosen.
JD.com is owned by Liu Qiangdong, Alibaba is owned by Jack Ma, and Tencent is owned by Ma Huateng
None of them. JD.com was founded by Liu Qiangdong and has nothing to do with Tencent or Alibaba
