1、经由“淘宝官网”投诉。打开浏览器搜索【淘宝】官方平台,点击并打开,跳转至官网【首页】,点击界面中的【联系客服-消费者客服】并登录,便可进入到【客服小蜜】咨询界面;在聊天页面中输入【在线客服】,成功与官方客服对接后,在咨询页面向客服讲述具体投诉内容就可以等待官方解决了。
2、在【淘宝app】进行反馈。搜索并打开【淘宝】app,转入到主页面并完成登录,点击右下方【我的淘宝】,进入到“我的”界面,选择页面中的【官方客服】,进入【客服小蜜】页面,在咨询界面输入【投诉商家】。咨询页面便会跳出购买过的订单,选择所需要投诉的物品订单进行投诉;但要是没有找到所对应的产品订单,也可以在对话框里输入【在线客服】,转接客服寻找帮助。
1. Complain through the "Taobao official website". Open the browser and search for the [Taobao] official platform, click and open it, jump to the official website [Homepage], click [Contact Customer Service-Consumer Customer Service] in the interface and log in, then you can enter the [Customer Service Xiaomi] consultation interface; enter [Online Customer Service] in the chat page, and after successfully connecting with the official customer service, tell the customer service the specific content of the complaint on the consultation page and wait for the official to resolve it.
2. Give feedback on the [Taobao app]. Search and open the [Taobao] app, go to the main page and complete the login, click [My Taobao] in the lower right corner, enter the "My" interface, select [Official Customer Service] on the page, enter the [Customer Service Xiaomi] page, and enter [Complaint Merchant] in the consultation interface. The consultation page will pop up the purchased orders, select the item order that needs to be complained about to make a complaint; but if the corresponding product order is not found, you can also enter [Online Customer Service] in the dialog box to transfer to customer service for help.
