1、您可以进入“我的阿里”找到并进入“投诉举报”应用,点击“我要投诉”--“交易纠纷投诉”下的“我要投诉”按钮;
2、点击“选择要投诉的订单”按钮;若没有订单号,请点击“请点这里投诉”,并按照页面提示填写相关投诉信息进行提交;
3、进入交易订单页面,点击对应订单右手边的“投诉”按钮,按照页面提示提交投诉内容。
