Governance structure mainly refers to equity and corporate governance structure. Equity structure refers to the shareholding ratio of each shareholder. When many entrepreneurs start their business, they usually bring three or five friends with them. They have no concept of equity structure, or they just divide the equity equally. In fact, this is the most undesirable, because when the company grows in the later stage, there must be someone who has the final say. If the shareholding ratio is consistent, it is difficult to make the right decision that is beneficial to the development of the company if no agreement can be reached. In addition, once investors come in to divide up the shares, or one or two of them unite to make a coup, the founder can be easily kicked out.
