阿里就需要两类技术员,一种是什么工作都没做过的,有能力的人,好培养。
另一种就是有相关工作经验的,能力比较出色的。这两种比较多。
其他的就是内推或者中科院拉进来的。最近几年,中科院来的人特别多,不知道什么情况。其他的职位,其实也差不太多。校招比较多,类似运营之类的岗位,别的公司过来的也有,社招比较难,需要很扎实的基础能力。管理岗就不要想了,都是引荐和猎头挖的,很少一部分自己来的。
想进阿里,做好本职业的基本功,有内推的机会不要错过了。感觉内推机会大一些。
