1. If you don't receive emails, please check if there is a problem with your email mailbox. You can use the following methods to test:

1) First send an email to yourself using another domain. If the email is sent normally and you can receive the email, it means everything is normal and there is no problem;

2) Check the filtering settings of the receiving rules. Click "Mailbox Settings" in the upper right corner of the mailbox page to open the settings page, click "Receiving Rules", and check if the conditions of the filtering rules are set improperly, such as selecting emails that meet the conditions to perform "direct deletion" or "delete after forwarding", or transferring them to other "Deleted" folders.

3) Check the anti-spam settings. Open "Mailbox Settings" in the upper right corner of the mailbox page, open the settings page, click "Anti-spam", and then click "Blacklist". If you find that a normal email address is mistakenly added to the blacklist, you can receive emails from the other party after deleting it from the blacklist; 4) Check the spam box to see if there is an email from the other party. If so, it means that it has been misjudged by the anti-spam system. You can open the email and click "Send Any Message". The sender will be added to the whitelist to ensure that you can receive his emails in the future; 5) Add the other party's email address to the whitelist. The setting method is: click the "Mailbox Settings" tab, then click the "Anti-spam" title, and click "Whitelist" in the "Anti-spam" content page. In the edit box below "Whitelist Management", enter the email address to be added to the whitelist, click the "Add Whitelist" button, the address is displayed in the list box, and the setting is successful;

2. If the above tests are normal, the email may not be sent to the cloud mailbox server due to line or mail server failure. You can contact the sender to see if the other party has received the bounce message. You can determine the problem based on the bounce message, or submit a work order online to contact the Sea Area customer service staff.
