阿里职级体系分为P和M,P3及以下主要是低端职能,大都是外包。以前P3都是校招,后来取消了,现在校招都要从P5起了。
P4专员,应届本科生,月薪8-10K左右,年薪10-15W左右,没有对应的管理岗位。
P5高级工程师,研究生或是名牌大学本科生,月薪12-20K左右,年薪15-25W,也是没有对应的管理岗。
P6资深工程师=M1,管理岗出现,优秀研究生,博士应届生或社招2年经验的研究生,月薪15-30K,年薪20-35W。
P7专家=M2经理,3-5年经验的研究生,5-7年的本科生,月薪25-40K,年薪30-50W,开始享受期权,其实,听说P7的群体比较大,其次是P6群体,阿里的P6到P7是一个鬼门关,因为P6是没有股票拿的,P7才开始有股票,基本上拿了股票,工资只是零用金啦。所以要进了P7都要具有一定的实力。这个职位都是团队的了。有些跳不过去,就离职,在阿里任职经理的,到其他小公司都可以混个总监之类的了。
P8高级专家=M3高级经理,这个要负责某一板块的业务营收,要带一个中小团队,年薪45-80W。这个职位在阿里收入已经很可观了,单是期权都大大几百万近千万了,基本上这个职位的人离开阿里出去都是创业的多。
P9资深专家=M4核心总监,属于行业的颠覆者,一级架构负责人,影响到事业部的业务决策,主要负责几个大框架业务,像阿里小蜜人工智能领域的海青就是P9,月薪60-80K,年薪80-100W,期权更不用说了,千万以上。
P10研究员=M5高级总监,基本上是技术神人,事业部总经理级别,像蚂蚁金服国际事业部国际技术负责人许寄,P10以上都不讲什么月薪了,做到这个职位的人,财务早实现自由,这个领域的人注重的是自己的价值以及改变社会某些领域的成就感。
