1、到当地的阿里中心报到,领工牌,领电脑 等,阿里全部发放笔记本电脑觉得确实很高 大上,后来我才知道每天工作下班自己的电 脑必须得带回家不允许放公司,一是为保密 防止数据泄露,
二是实际工作每天都得加 班;
2、到上级办公地报到,接受工作安排; 这里和传统的不一样,没有人手把手待你, 我们都知道你到一个新的公司从系统流程和工作 内容肯定多少都会安排人带你熟悉一下,阿 里是完全靠自己在电脑系统自己查,可以问 同事但是大家都忙得不得了没人理你,上级 领导更不可能教你,你去问他是爱答不理 的;但是平时吃饭休息时间他们又很客气, 你聊别的可以,请教工作事宜大家都不太愿 意配合,估计是工作太累不想聊工作,请客 吃饭等都试了效果不大,好在时间长点自己 就是多问问不同的人把信息汇总尝试后面才 会的,说实话很累,因为阿里很严格,系统弄错了都会被打回来,但是没有人告诉你怎么做;
3、正式开始工作后我明显感觉,阿里的环境不一样的特点:
(1)阿里上班全年不打卡的,刷工牌进入阿里中心,正式上班一般早9点晚9点6天都这样,每晚9点后下班打车回家用阿里内部打车软件是免费的,但是早上上班打车要在6点前出发才能免费,所以大部分早上都是自己解决交通问题,周末需要写周报上交,也就是著名的“996”工作制;
(2)所有人办公没有隔间办公司,全是在一个一层楼分部门但是不隔断,大约100来号人在一起办公,抬头就能看到所有人,阿里要求自己的电脑工作时,屏幕是不能有其他人看到的,离开工位不管吃饭倒水上厕所等电脑要关闭,就是但凡有信息或者数据泄露都必须规避和负责任;
1. Report to the local Ali center, get your work badge, get your computer, etc. Ali gave out laptops to everyone, which was really great. Later, I learned that I had to take my computer home after work and was not allowed to leave it in the company. One reason was to keep confidentiality and prevent data leakage.
Second, I had to work overtime every day.
2. Report to your superior's office and accept work arrangements. It's different from the traditional one here. No one will take care of you. We all know that when you go to a new company, someone will definitely be arranged to help you get familiar with the system process and work content. At Ali, you have to check the computer system by yourself. You can ask your colleagues, but everyone is so busy that no one will pay attention to you. It's even less likely that your superior will teach you. If you ask them, they will just ignore you. However, they are very polite during meal breaks. You can talk about other things, but no one is willing to cooperate when you ask about work matters. It's probably because they are too tired from work and don't want to talk about work. Treating them to dinner and other things didn't work very well. Fortunately, I have more time to ask different people and summarize the information before trying it. Yes, to be honest, it is very tiring, because Alibaba is very strict. If you make a mistake in the system, you will be rejected, but no one tells you what to do.
3. After I officially started working, I clearly felt that Alibaba's environment is different:
(1) Alibaba employees do not punch in all year round. They swipe their work badges to enter the Alibaba Center. They usually work from 9 am to 9 pm for 6 days a week. After 9 pm every night, you can take a taxi home using Alibaba's internal taxi software, which is free. However, you have to leave before 6 am to take a taxi to work in the morning, so most of the mornings you have to solve the transportation problem by yourself. On weekends, you need to write a weekly report and submit it. This is the famous "996" work system.
(2) Everyone works in the office without cubicles. They are all divided into departments on the same floor but not partitioned. There are about 100 people working together. You can see everyone when you look up. Alibaba requires that when you are working on your computer, the screen cannot be seen by others. When you leave your workstation, whether you are eating, flushing water, going to the toilet, etc., you must turn off your computer. This means that any information or data leakage must be avoided and you must be responsible.
