4、销售代表的入职培训和日常业务培训;
5、销售代表的考核及日常人员管理,并提交人员使用与管理建议;
6、定期向主管领导提交业务分析报告(客户分析、销售策略效果与建议等);
7、定期向主管领导提交工作计划和总结
