Americans have the final say in Alibaba Group. Currently, the government does not control Alibaba Group. Alibaba's equity structure is as follows:

1. Yahoo of the United States is the largest shareholder, holding 33.57% of the shares;

2. SoftBank of Japan holds 24.31% of the shares and is the second largest shareholder;

3. Jack Ma, as an entrepreneur and management, holds 12.79% of the shares;

4. All other domestic citizens hold a total of about 13.52% of the shares.
