P8 和 P9 这两个档位是阿里整个集团的腰部力量、事业部的脑部力量,一般来说一个应届生 P4、P5 入职,如果工作上足够努力、运气不太差的情况下在 6 到 10 年可以达到 P8 层级,而如果想从 P8 晋升到 P9 就需要超强的能力、担当+全局视野观+异常突出的业绩/贡献+机遇了。
