In order to add a carousel link to Alibaba Wangpu Decoration, you need to first go to the "My Alibaba" page, click "Wangpu Management" on the page, find the "Page Decoration" option at the bottom of the page, then select the template and find the part of the page you want to add the carousel link to in the editor.
