2、继续往下拉,找到“子帐号管理”这个应用,点击进去。
3、进到子帐号的界面,我们就可以根据自己公司的具体情况去设置了。(一般的公司网络销售应该是一个团队的,推广部,客服部,售后部等,所以应根据具体情况设置)
4、在设置好子帐号之后,我们还应该给每个子帐号分配一定的权限,以更好的管理好公司的事情。依次根据“员工管理-角色权限-修改权限”去设置员工的权限。
5、最后就是分流设置了。所谓分流,意思就是有客户来到店铺了,点击立即洽谈时,应该是由主帐号或者子帐号来接待,旺旺的主要分流形式也是平均分流,这样的一个好处是有多个客服时,可以做的公平,忙的时候也可以让其他员工分担,当其他帐号不在线时,我们也可以设置其中一个员工接待客户的。

5. Finally, the diversion setting. The so-called diversion means that when a customer comes to the store and clicks to negotiate immediately, he should be received by the main account or sub-account. The main diversion form of Wangwang is also average diversion. One advantage of this is that when there are multiple customer service representatives, it can be done fairly. When it is busy, other employees can share the responsibility. When other accounts are not online, we can also set one of the employees to receive customers.
