After Alibaba successfully applies for a refund, it will generally arrive immediately. If it does not arrive, the system will process it within 7 working days. Alibaba's refund application conditions:

1. The seller did not ship the goods as agreed, or delayed shipping to the buyer.

3. The goods sold by the seller are fake. Alibaba's refund methods:

1. If you use a savings card for quick payment, the refund will be returned to the savings card used for payment.

2. If you use Alipay to pay, the refund will be returned to Alipay. Alibaba's refund process:

1. Open the Alibaba page and enter your account to log in.

2. Find the item you have purchased and click to apply for a refund.

3. Fill in the reason for the refund application and wait for the seller to agree. After the seller agrees, the buyer will ship the item back and wait for the seller to confirm the refund again. Note: Alibaba shopping must comply with platform rules and cannot be a false transaction. If you find problems during the transaction, you must protect your rights in a timely manner. If the two parties cannot reach an agreement, they can ask customer service to intervene.
