Mobile return

Open the Alibaba app on your phone, select the purchased product, and apply for a return.

Select the style and quantity that needs a refund. If you need to return the product, click Return and Refund. If you don’t need to return the product, click Refund Only.

Select the refund quantity, fill in the refund reason, and click Submit!

After submitting the refund application, wait for the seller to confirm the refund application.

After the seller confirms the refund application, fill in the courier number of the return in the backend.

Wait for the seller to confirm receipt and the seller has completed the processing.
