Binjiang Higher Education Park is located in Puyan Town, Binjiang District, Hangzhou. It is located on the south bank of the Qiantang River Bridge, facing the famous scenic spots in my country - Liuhe Pagoda and Jiuxi, and is located in Puyan Town, Binjiang, Hangzhou.

Alibaba Xixi Park is bounded by Changer Road in the east, Chuangxin Road in the south, Gaojiao Road in the west, and Wenyi West Road in the north. It is planned to cover a total area of ​​260,000 square meters. The first phase of the project consists of 8 single buildings and 2 parking buildings, including the main office area for employees, canteen, gym, lecture hall, film and television screening room and other daily office and leisure infrastructure. The total construction area is about 290,000 square meters. The design of its main building is undertaken by Japanese design master Kengo Kuma.

In Binjiang Park, there are 6 colleges and universities in the park, including Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang Police College, Zhejiang Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College, Zhejiang Medical College, Zhejiang Art Vocational College, and Zhejiang Commercial Vocational and Technical College, with more than 40,000 teachers and students.
