是中国本土注册的公司，外国人控股70%不要紧，只要不掌握在一个大股东的手中而是由很多散户掌握这些股份，也就是说，阿里巴巴中国公司还有绝对的控股权，那他就还是中国的公司。
如果哪天一个大公司把很多散户的股票收购了，掌握了比国内公司还多的股票，也就有了公司的控股权，这样阿里巴巴就不算中国的公司了。
