公司给员工授予期权,员工离职后,期权的处理,一般是三种情况:
1、对于已经行权的期权,一般是约定在员工离职后,公司有权按照约定的价格,对员工持有的股权进行回购。
2、对于已成熟、但未行权的期权,一般给员工考虑决定,是否行权,如果员工选择行权,则按照协议的行权价格,继续购买;如不行权,就由公司回收。
3、对于未成熟,也就是不符合行权条件的期权,由公司全部收回,放回期权池。
The company grants options to employees. After the employees leave, there are generally three situations for the handling of options:
