辞退员工需进行经济补偿,经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限,每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付。六个月以上不满一年的,按一年计算;不满六个月的,向劳动者支付半个月工资的经济补偿。
支付经济补偿的年限最高不超过十二年
Financial compensation is required for dismissed employees. The economic compensation is paid to the employee based on the number of years the employee has worked in the company, with one month's salary paid for each full year. If the employee has worked for more than six months but less than one year, the compensation will be calculated as one year; if the employee has worked for less than six months, the employee will be paid half a month's salary as economic compensation.
The maximum number of years for which economic compensation can be paid is no more than twelve years
Normal large companies all give n+1 compensation according to national laws. But there are also more conscientious ones, for example, ByteDance will give employees n+2 compensation when it cuts some positions in the education line.
