The recruitment standards of Alibaba Damo Academy have different requirements for different abilities and standards according to different positions. Generally speaking, applicants should meet the following standards:

1. Bachelor degree or above, master's and doctoral degrees are preferred, and majors in computer science, mathematics, communications, automation, etc. are preferred.

2. Excellent engineering implementation ability, proficiency in one or more computer languages. For example, at least one language such as C/C++, Java, Python, etc., winners of programming competitions such as ACM/ICPC, topcoder, etc. are preferred; those who understand distributed computing and have experience in Hadoop/SPAPK are preferred.

3. Good scientific research ability, and those who have published results in top international conferences and journals such as ICCV, CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML, TPAMI, etc. are preferred.

4. Good logic and data analysis skills, winners of authoritative competitions organized by Kaggle, Alibaba Tianchi Competition, and related academic conferences are preferred.
