我们作为一家互联网公司,今年已经是创业的第四年了,10月份刚刚过去四周年,在我们公司目前就是采取“虚拟人”的名称来称呼各个同事的。
比如我,属于媒体部门,在我们部门有:善小艺(就是我啦)、善小修、善小倩、善小阑、善小容;媒介部门有:善小朋、善小天等,我们之间的称呼一般来说也是直接这样称呼的。
当时刚来的时候我还是挺新奇的,第一次接触到这种在公司内部采取虚拟名称的方式。我觉得好处有这些:
关系和谐,不显得生分和尴尬
在刚进公司不久的时候不认识周围同事也是很正常的,平时叫什么也会很尴尬,叫名字显得不尊重,叫亲热了也没那么熟,有了虚拟名之后就好多了,直接称呼就是,不用担心太多,也没那么多的心理负担。
消除等级,拉近和领导的距离
其实我们老板自己也是有花名的(虽然我们平常都不怎么喊),一方面大家一视同仁,没有树立什么特别阶层的感觉。
有了虚拟名后主管和下面的人也好沟通了,直接喊花名,不用开口叫那些“主管”“经理”等阶级性强的名词了,这样阶级感就在无型中被弱化了,办公室关系会更加和谐。
其实,采用花名的公司其实不止有阿里巴巴,很多互联网公司也开始采用花名来沟通了,比如我认识的某个美妆电商的公司,他们内部就是花名,栀子,木槿等。
总之,使用这种虚拟人的称谓,在互联网行业还是很常见的,我想如果有一天国企事业单位也能这样那就更好了,这样可以消除体制内等级森严的问题。

Calling them by their names would seem disrespectful, and calling them by their names would not seem so familiar. After having virtual names, it is much better. Just call them directly, without worrying too much, and without so much psychological burden.
Eliminate hierarchy and get closer to leaders
In fact, our boss himself has a nickname (although we don’t usually call him that). On the one hand, we treat everyone equally, and there is no sense of establishing any special class.
With virtual names, it is easier for supervisors and subordinates to communicate. They can just call each other by their nicknames, without having to use those hierarchical terms such as “supervisor” or “manager”. In this way, the sense of class is weakened in an invisible way, and office relationships will be more harmonious.
In fact, Alibaba is not the only company that uses nicknames. Many Internet companies have also begun to use nicknames to communicate. For example, a beauty e-commerce company I know uses nicknames internally, such as Gardenia and Hibiscus.
In short, using this kind of virtual person title is still very common in the Internet industry. I think it would be even better if state-owned enterprises and institutions could do this one day, so that the problem of strict hierarchy within the system can be eliminated.
