岗位职责:
1、负责阿里巴巴国际站店铺的整体运营,包括发布产品信息,装修店铺,优化产品关键词,标题,图片,视频,详情内页等;
2、熟悉阿里巴巴的各种营销推广手段,精通阿里巴巴国际站营销流程,能够熟练运用阿里巴巴营销工具,如P4P直通车日常调价管理,精通平台活动策划等,增加询盘;
3、做好市场信息的收集、分析,及时了解行业信息并制定相应计划,定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估,及时提出营销改进措施;
4、每天监控统计后台数据,针对点击率、反馈率、旺铺转化率等定期进行系统分析并作优化调整,发掘隐在问题,有针对性地提出解决办法;
5、及时回复客户询盘与跟进订单并安排发货,做好跟踪售后工作,及时反馈给相关部门。
Job Responsibilities:

5. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up orders in a timely manner and arrange shipments, do a good job of tracking after-sales work, and promptly feedback to relevant departments.
