成为阿里巴巴的中国供应商需要的条件
(一) 持有中华人民共和国工商部门颁发的真实、合法、有效的营业执照,并获第三方认证通过;
(二) 确认接受《VIP采购平台服务协议(线上签署) 》、《正品保障服务规则》及《支付宝服务协议》,注册成为阿里巴巴中文网站用户并开通支付宝账户,使用支付宝服务;
(三) 提交以下相关证明文件并获得阿里巴巴认可:1)营业执照副本复印件;
2) 税务登记证复印件;
3) 中国商标权证书(商标受理通知书)或者商标权人授权证书;
4) 商户授予联系人申请和使用阿里巴巴VIP采购服务的证明文件;
5) 其他阿里巴巴认为需查验的信息。(根据商户经营类别的不同查验不同的信息)
Requirements to become a Chinese supplier of Alibaba
(i) Hold a real, legal and valid business license issued by the industrial and commercial department of the People's Republic of China and obtain third-party certification;
(ii) Confirm acceptance of the "VIP Procurement Platform Service Agreement (Online Signing)", "Authenticity Guarantee Service Rules" and "Alipay Service Agreement", register as an Alibaba Chinese website user and open an Alipay account to use Alipay services;
(iii) Submit the following relevant certification documents and obtain Alibaba's approval: 1) Copy of business license;
2) Copy of tax registration certificate;
3) China Trademark Certificate (Trademark Acceptance Notice) or Trademark Owner Authorization Certificate;
4) Certificate of the merchant's contact person to apply for and use Alibaba VIP procurement services;
5) Other information that Alibaba considers necessary to check. (Different information will be checked according to the different business categories of the merchant)
