However, if the user's account is closed due to other violations and the cumulative points deducted reach 60 points or more, even if the above circumstances are met, the deducted points will not be restored.

Handling of serious infringement:

If the first complaint is established, a warning will be given.

If the second complaint is established, the rights will be limited for 7 days.

If the third complaint is established, the rights will be limited for 15 days.

If the fourth complaint is established, the account will be closed.

If the same user is complained three times for serious infringement of the same intellectual property, the account will be directly closed.

After a user is recorded for serious infringement, if the complaining party withdraws the complaint or the user's counter-notification is established, the user's record of serious infringement complaint will be cancelled; however, if the user's cumulative record of serious infringement reaches the penalty standard for account closure, even if the above circumstances are met, the corresponding record will not be cancelled
