马云,男,汉族,中共党员,1964年9月10日生于浙江省杭州市,祖籍浙江省嵊州市谷来镇,阿里巴巴集团主要创始人,现担任日本软银董事、大自然保护协会中国理事会主席兼全球董事会成员、华谊兄弟董事、生命科学突破奖基金会董事、联合国数字合作高级别小组联合主席。
1988年毕业于杭州师范学院外语系,同年担任杭州电子工业学院英文及国际贸易教师,1995年创办中国第一家互联网商业信息发布网站“中国黄页”,1998年出任中国国际电子商务中心国富通信息技术发展有限公司总经理,1999年创办阿里巴巴,并担任阿里集团CEO、董事局主席。

Jack Ma, male, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, was born on September 10, 1964 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. His ancestral home is Gulai Town, Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province. He is the main founder of Alibaba Group. He is currently a director of Japan SoftBank, Chairman of the China Council and Global Board Member of the Nature Conservancy, Director of Huayi Brothers, Director of the Life Science Breakthrough Prize Foundation, and Co-Chair of the United Nations High-Level Panel on Digital Cooperation.
He graduated from the Foreign Language Department of Hangzhou Normal University in 1988. In the same year, he served as an English and international trade teacher at Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Industry. In 1995, he founded China's first Internet business information publishing website "China Yellow Pages". In 1998, he served as the general manager of China International Electronic Commerce Center Guofutong Information Technology Development Co., Ltd. In 1999, he founded Alibaba and served as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alibaba Group.
Wei Zhe was born in Shanghai in 1970.
He graduated from Shanghai International Studies University in 1993 and joined Shanghai Wanguo Securities. He served as deputy general manager of Wanguo Securities Asset Management Headquarters, senior manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), and general manager of Orient Securities Investment Banking Headquarters.
In 2000, he served as executive vice president and financial director of B&Q (China), and in 2002, he served as president of B&Q (China), leading the management team to develop into China's largest building materials retail chain supermarket in 5 years. He was named "China's Seven Retail Figures of 2004" and "China's Top Ten Retail Figures of 2005".
In November 2006, he officially joined Alibaba and served as executive vice president of Alibaba Group and president of Alibaba Enterprise (B2B) e-commerce.
