Method 1:

1. Use the magic wand tool to select a blank area, right-click the mouse, and select Inverse.

2. Select the paint bucket tool and add color directly. This is a common method and is suitable for simple graphics. The following method can not only change the color of vector graphics, but also use this method to make ordinary pictures look like vector graphics.

Method 2:

1. Applicable to complex graphics, right-click the layer and select Blending Options.

2. Select Color Overlay to change the color and opacity.

3. Finally, click OK to change the color.
