General release means that under normal circumstances, AliExpress will release funds to the seller after the transaction is completed and the buyer's no-reason return protection period expires, that is, after the buyer confirms receipt or the system automatically confirms receipt plus 15 natural days (or other periods updated and announced by the platform from time to time).
